TENDER NOTICE

Rate Contract for Kits & Reagents for the year 2010 - 2012

FROM  1ST AUGUST, 2010 TO 31ST JULY, 2012

EMD : RS. 10,000/-

DUE DATE : 15th MARCH, 2010 UPTO 2.00 P.M.

Quotations are invited by Director TMC for Rate Contract w.e.f. 1st August 2010 to 31st July 2012 for the supply of  ‘Kits and Reagents to Tata Memorial Hospital & ACTREC, Kharghar, New Mumbai.

Your quotation  containing documents, price bid etc. duly superscribed “TMC/RC/2010-2012” Quotation for the supply of above mentioned items addressed to the Director, Tata Memorial Hospital, Dr. Ernest Borges Marg, Parel, Mumbai 400012 should reach on or before   15th March  2010  upto  2.00 p.m.

The Hospital is under the Administrative Control of the Dept. of Atomic Energy, Govt. of India.  If you have already entered into a D.G.S & D. Govt. Rate Contract, copy of the same may be enclosed along with the quotation.

Octroi as applicable rate should be mentioned separately . No sales Tax Exemption Form will be issued.

The rates quoted must be valid up to July 2012. However, in case of downward revision in prices, government levies or taxes, the reduced price will be applicable.

A fresh authority letter from the manufacturer authorizing to quote for their products, in case the manufacturer do not quote directly.

In case of acceptance of the offer, you will have to give an undertaking regarding acceptance of the terms and conditions enclosed, enter in contract & pay the security deposit as applicable.

* If the Tender Document is downloaded from Website Vendor has to pay Rs.500/- as Tender document charges besides the EMD amount Rs.10,000/- is to be paid before submitting the tender.
